NEW LIFE FOR OLD PRESSURE COOKER

I recently purchased a replacement rubber gasket for my approximately 50 year old SEB pressure cooker. I was unable to source one in NZ but Russ was able to help me. I am very pleased with it and my cooker works like a new one again. I received great service from Russ and the package arrived promptly. I am 100% satisfied. Thank you Russ.

Only used cooker twice since changing gasket but it was better the second time. Maybe I didn’t turn the lid a few times before actually closing it but steam was leaking out a bit all the time. Remembered to do so the second time so less steam loss. Also the steam knob doesn’t turn when cooker on low so not sure if it’s fair to blame the gasket or not. Overall I am still very glad I bought a new gasket rather than send my 48 year old cooker to landfill! So quick to cook meat.
Very good and friendly service too when purchasing.

My Raco pressure cooker is around 30 years old, & no longer made. Russ, from the Razor Shop was able to confirm this product would fit & it did - perfectly. Fantastic service.

When these joints eventually fail, usually after many years, it is nice to know that there is still a source to replace them - great service

Our pressure cooker is now over 40 years old, but we love it dearly.
The replacement sealing ring for the lid has put it back in business perfectly, thank you.

Thank you for the seal. It was a real surprise to find out the seal for the SEB pressure cooker is still available. It's been more than 40 years since I was given the SEB and have only now just replaced the seal. Removing the old seal was a big task, because it had set nearly like concrete, but I finally got it out. I need to follow the manufacture's advice and change the seal yearly. I had been unable to source a new seal for my Seb pressure cooker in WA and was recommended to contact the Razor Shop. Russ was extremely helpful and i received my seal much sooner than expected.

The help I had from Russ through emails to try and find a gasket for my 40 year old pressure cooker was fantastic.
Postage was free and it arrived in a couple of days once ordered on line. Fitted perfectly too. Couldn't ask for better service.
