   The NAMCO sealing rings were received in a timely manner and were exactly as described. One has been installed and functioned correctly. Thank you Razor Shop for providing such a service.

   I needed a pressure cooker ring for an old model with no identification. I. sent an email and received a very prompt telephone response who guided me through measurements etc.
   Delivery was quick & product fitted perfectly.

   The service I received was excellent and I received the seal in a few days after ordering. When I tried to insert the seal I experienced a lot of difficulty. With perseverance I finally inserted the seal and it works well

   Truly amazing !. Pressure cooker is again singing happily at this grand old age. Had little problem with the plug replacement but pierced a whole in the rubber and forced the brass plug through it..

   I was given my Namco Pressure cooker as a wedding present 51 years ago. There is really nothing wrong with at all, just need new seals and plugs every now and then

   Russ helped us find the seal for our 1970’s Namco Cookmaster pressure cooker. He had it in stock.
   When it arrived I thought it was too big but Russ called me back and talked me through the instal.
   You can’t do better than that.

    Prompt delivery of the right part.
    Was very pleased to find a new sealing ring for a Namco pressure cooker that was a wedding present in 1967 and which has been in constant use ever since. We have had a few new rings in it over time but they have got hard to find.
    Now it lives on. They don't make 'em like these anymore.
